New.

So, what do you think? Of my new design that is? It is finally updated!!! It’s been long enough don’t you think?!?
I am so pleased with it. And I hope you like it too! Along with the new blog design today I bring you a video of another new happening at our house………….
Yep, we now have five mobil children in our house. Jeremiah learned to crawl on Tuesday (9/30) evening. And now my life is officially CRAZY!!!
And now, another “new” thing in our life. The long over-due pictures of our new van.
Yes, as many people have told us, it looks like a church van.
We are loving all the space! And I guess it makes us an “official” large family. Seems as if all large families drive these “buses”!!

  1. Hi, Amanda! Love your new site! I found it through your status update on Facebook though instead of receiving an email about a new post. Do you think I need to resubscribe now that the new site is up? I got the last one about the site being under construction, but not the latest.
I saw you had a couple of pages in progress that you are devoting to crafts and kitchen. I had a couple of questions about saving money in these areas: What do you do about parties and showers? We always run out and buy chips, dip, and soda, and then a gift for whatever occasion we are celebrating. Everything together usually runs us about $25-30, which really makes a huge dent in our budget. Do you handmake gifts and food? What if you get invited to an impromptu party? Do you keep some appetizers in the freezer for occasions like that? Just wondering what experienced thrifty moms do! Thanks!
