Never before, or at least not in many years, have I taken such a blogging break. And I am not going to apologize for my absence at all. It was needed. My family needed me to be completely present and available. So I was. Joe became ill just the week before Christmas of 2014 and the next three months were a whirlwind of doctor appointments and tests. Days off work, and short days, days spent trying to find sitters for 6 kids and days spent cramming homeschooling a large family into a little window of time. Blogging just needed to take a back seat. But, we finally got some relief (he still has more bad days than we would like but we are still working on that) and ruled out anything life threatening so here I am. I am jumping back in the saddle! What better way to come back from a break than with a GIVEAWAY! Next week I will host a giveaway for a great learning resource that any family can use no matter your education choice. I can’t wait to tell you about it.
Anyway, I have so many things to catch up on around here so be watching for more posts. My “baby” is now almost 20 months old and is due for an updated growth post, complete with pictures!! Thank you for your patience and continued reading here on my little corner of the internet.
