Apple Picking

I love fall. It is probably my favorite season. And I have come to look forward to our yearly apple picking each fall. We usually go with our homeschool friends and the orchard near us gives us a great package deal. It is a great time and I love watching the kids have fun plus I love looking back year after year to see how the children grow and change. As the weather changes and turns cooler I am always thankful for the amazing handiwork of my God. He paints the leaves bright colors and brings the seasons in each their own time. Isn’t He a mighty God we serve? Have you taken the time to enjoy His creation with your loved ones lately. If not no better time than today.

The corn bin. This was by far his favorite part. He barely left it all afternoon.

Katherine also loved the corn bin this year. They played for hours in it.

This slide is HUGE! It has steps that lead up to it. It was a lot of fun!

This tree caught my eye and seemed a perfect photo spot. Samantha was happy to pose for me.

Josiah did the huge vine maze and it was so hot in the sun. It took him over 30 minutes but he didn’t give up. Stuck with it and found his way through.
