I stand to wonder that without prayer is true integrity even possible in society today. Praying for integrity is the only way to keep one’s self and loved ones clean from the filth of this world. We are bombarded daily with trials, disappointments, unfairness, and temptations. We need men and women of integrity to stand up against such things with love and grace and wisdom. Those things do not come easily and do not come from one’s own ability. We need Godly wisdom and grace to handle situations in a way as to reflect and show His love to others. Pray for your husband today that he may be that man of integrity that you need.
Day 10- Pray that your husband will cultivate strong integrity, and not compromise his convictions. Pray that his testimony will be genuine, that he will be honest in his business dealings, and will never do anything that he needs to hide from others.
Proverbs 20:7 The righteous who walks in his integrity—
blessed are his children after him!
1 Timothy 1:5 The aim of our charge is love that issues from a pure heart and a good conscience and a sincere faith.
1 Timothy 3:7 Moreover, he must be well thought of by outsiders, so that he may not fall into disgrace, into a snare of the devil.
Ephesians 6:10-12 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. 11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. 12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.
